I am a postdoctoral researcher in economics at the University of Cologne and a team member of the ERC project „ENTRENCHED: Elite Capture and Social Mobility“.

I am an applied economist interested in the causes and consequences of regional disparities. My research is at the intersection of Regional Economic Growth, Economic History, Labor and Demographic Economics.
